Changelog
Every version of Anonimo, with the release notes as they appeared on the App Store. Dates are the day the version was submitted.
1.9
- On photos, blur and mosaic are now a face-shaped oval with a finer mosaic, and you can shrink them to cover just the face.
- On videos, mosaic is oval too, and blur and mosaic follow faces smoothly, without jumpy resizing.
1.8
- Bug fixes and stability improvements.
1.7
- Bug fixes and stability improvements.
1.6
- Bug fixes and stability improvements.
1.5
- New for photos: adjust each face cover before saving — resize it, reshape it, or drag it into place. Photo covers are now oval, so they no longer spill onto the person next to you.
- Also: the app now speaks Ukrainian and Polish.
1.4
- New: emoji face cover now works on video, not just photos. Pick any emoji with Pro, or the classic smiley for free.
1.3
- New: cover faces with an emoji instead of a blur — a classic smiley for free, or your pick from a full emoji set with Pro. Emoji works on photos for now, with video support coming soon.
1.2
- Fixed: portrait videos no longer come out rotated or stretched after processing. We now keep the original orientation end to end and detect faces more accurately on portrait footage.
1.1
- Anonimo now speaks 8 languages — Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, Korean, and Italian join English, French, and German.
1.0
- Initial release. Blur faces in videos and photos — everything on-device, nothing leaves your phone.
