Help with Anonimo for iPhone and with the photo blur tool on this site. Email kikot.vit@gmail.com; one of the two of us replies, usually within a working day.
What to include
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings, General, About).
- The Anonimo version (shown at the bottom of the paywall screen, or in the App Store).
- What you did and what happened instead. A screen recording helps most.
- If a face was missed or wrongly kept: how long the video is and roughly how many people are in it. Do not send the video unless we ask; we would rather not have it.
Quick answers
A face was not blurred
Faces that are very small, heavily covered or turned fully away are the hard cases for any detector. Review the export before you publish. For photos, you can resize, reshape or drag any cover in the app before saving, and add a cover by hand in the web tool.
The export is 30 seconds or 720p, or has a watermark
Those are the free tier's limits. Anonimo Pro removes them; the price is on the home page.
Restore a purchase
Open the paywall in Anonimo and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.
Cancel the yearly subscription
iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Anonimo, Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal. Apple handles billing; we cannot refund directly, but Apple can: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does it work offline?
Yes, even in Airplane Mode. The internet is only needed to buy Pro.
The web tool says the detector could not load
Reload the page once. If it still fails, your browser may block WebAssembly or be very old; the tool then works as a manual blur, where you place each cover yourself. The Anonimo app does not have this limit.
